The Acura Integra was my very first car.  It was great on snow and had an engine that never stopped.  Unfortunately the body rusted out before the engine died.  My next car was my dream car.  Everyone goes through this stage in their life.  The Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 was a car that turned everyone's heads and wouldn't let me leave a gas station without questions. 

Unfortunately the VR4 was a nightmare of mechanical problems.  Not one mechanic wanted to work on this car.  It was a Mitsubishi wonder, a car that had more features than an expensive Porsche but at a fraction of the cost.  No one could believe this car had rear wheel steering but it did and could handle better than 98% of cars on the road today.

My entire life I worked on my own cars fixing and tuning them up.  I did various engine repairs, replaced suspension systems and many other broken and worn parts.  I had to teach myself things that less than one percent of certified mechanics knew or wanted to learn about working on complex vehicles.  The Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 may very well be one of the most complex production cars ever made. 

So finally the Honda Civic.  Yes an amazing story of a car that I have made last more than 275,000 miles.  I can't tell you the secret but it comes from years of experience and knowledge working on gasoline engines.

There is something new and innovative and after my experience with complex gasoline engines it was time for a car that was easy to build, easy to maintain and easy to service.  I will never turn back to the old gasoline headache.  The hours of labor and bloody knuckles is something anyone would want to get away from.  The electric car is almost a blessing and with high fuel prices now is the time to share it with the rest of the world.

Currently working on solar energy and wind power systems I began to see the need for a very important electrical application.  Our first move towards electric vehicles was when a client asked us to build fleet vehicles.  Most big car manufacturers are reluctant to working closely with their clients the way we do.  The bureaucracy in many of these organizations has taken the place of innovation.  After finding that our clients were fed up with the direction these organizations are heading the birth of HE motors was an easy decision.

The electric vehicle is not a concept car.  It has been around for decades.  We provide innovative solutions, new vehicle development, conversion cars, service, repairs, parts and charging station installations to help our clients feel comfortable when purchasing their electric vehicles.
